Jay is right. Bob Mera had them for sale. He made them as a novelty item for his store. I believe Chipco was the vendor.
They were not very popular. I think he sold them for $5 each. I met Jay at Bob's store. All of us initial AC collectors miss the good times we had hanging out at his store.
