These are the chips from the Eagle River Casino and Travel Center just outside Whitecourt, Alberta, Canada. They use a common rack between the table games and the poker room due to the small size of the joint. They have denoms above these in 25 and 100. They did not issue any GO chips in any denomination. The staff were great and I talked to one of the pit bosses about the club, as he collects chips from the casinos he's been to or worked in. The roulettes are Paul-son H&C with the same logo, but they would not let me have any as they use multiple denominations in thier roulette game. Barry - need you to come up here and harvest!

Whitecourt is approximately 2 hours from Edmonton and is a small industrial center serving the forestry, paper manufacturing, sawmill, and oil and gas exploration and processing industries and is also a regional center for medical and other government services.

A friend has a place about a half-hour from there and we got back late last night from a day of quadding, fishing, swimming in the river, eating wild strawberries, watching wildlife and harvesting some indigenous plants for my yard. We saw white-tailed and mule deer, including a doe and her fawn, eagles, sign of bear, coyote, wolf, elk and moose. My son had a riot and we're both pooped.
