No Red Garter, and I don't know what year this was from, BUT...

It appears to me that the street along the bottom of the card is Fremont Street. I can just read the word Theatre on the red marquee about 2/3 down the block. The 1969 phone book lists a Fremont Theatre at 224 Fremont Street. So.....I'd guess that the corner building might be the Simon Building?
