Mike, I can not tell you for sure one way or the other. I am not a chipper. I am a strike collector. These are a friends who lives in LV. He asked me if I would post the note for him as I know how to attach the scan and he does not. Neither he nor I are, or would try to scam anyone here. (you did not suggest it either). Again why we thought it best if someone local could actually see them in person.
