I am getting ready to put Vista Ultimate (64 bit version) on my dual core notebook.

I have the full retail version which came w/ both the 32 and 64 bit versions.

Can I install the 32 bit version on my desktop and the 64 bit version on my notebook from my (1) retail Vista Ultimate Retail Box?
(I doubt it, but thought I would ask here).

Any comments about your likes or dislikes of this O/S will be appreciated.
