I think that ALL past and future U.S. Presidents (Republican or Democrat) must have been pretty smart to attain the Nation's highest office. To call any of them "dumb" or "idiots" shows disrespect for the office. We can all legitimately differ on policy issues, but to publicly disparage the office of the President of the United States gives much comfort to our enemies.
