Speaking only for myself...we didn't have email when I signed up for membership. I'm relatively certain that I've never 'officially' provided the club with an email address.
I emailed my snail mail address to the membership officer last night, but he probably didn't add my email address to the club's information roster (though he probably will now...just to be ornery! ). BUT...to me, it would be much easier to email my email address . You want me to write it down, put a return address on an envelope, and mail the envelope? Much easier for me to go to outlook express, type 'membership@ccgtcc.com' (or whatever the address is), type 'email addy' in the subject line, and hit send.
The membership officer writes a page in each issue of CCTN, right? A request, followed by a reminder, followed by another reminder would probably get as many results as an SASE would...and no additional cost to the club.
Just my opinion, of course.
