Won 3 chips. Missed the fact that the seller only did the Paypal thing. Told him that I had missed it and apologized and that I would send him well concealed US cash by registered mail and that I would like the chips sent the same way at my expense. He said no way?? and was going to offer to the under bidder. Turning down cash.......so very WEIRD.What is this world coming to?
