negotiating with only one hotel but you want them to think there are several players in the game. If the BOD were to present this to the membership before the contract has been inked then the club has just tipped their hand and weakened our bargaining position.

As it has been said before this is one of the functions our BOD is elected to take care of. Ever hear the saying "too many cooks spoil the soup?" I believe it is applicable here so if it's not broke, don't fix it...
