You need to have Chipcos in new condition in order to tell if they are washed out. You don't see that many around because Chipco eventually offered to replace all the washed out chips. The washed out Chipcos from the sunken Florida day cruise boat, the Club Royal, are the ones you will run into most often. Those chips are not the chips that went down with the boat. The original rack were RTP's. The Chipco rack was made after the boat sank. For what purpose, I don't know.
