endeavors to promote the hobby, it remains that the

is an Incorporated entity and it has has officially designated Officers to conduct the business affairs of the Corporation. Identifying, selecting, negotiating with and finally signing a binding contract can only be done via the Officers, both from a legal standpoint, as well as 'too many cooks, spoil the broth" perspective.
While I see nothing wrong with the membership stating their preferences, either as individuals, or in a concerted effort, I cannot agree that it is in the Club's best business interest to negotiate the deal via voting.
Just my opinion, but as a declared Candidate for the up-coming election, I am taking this opportunity to state my position.
