What is the design on the 21 Club chip from Vegas? Is it a building shape of a casino, or a replica of the sign on the casino, or just some design somebody thought up?

Anybody know of a picture of the casino? Found some history of the 21 Club being either in the Barrel House Beer Garden location in the mid 30s or in the Mint casino location in the early 40's (both downtown). This chip supposedly dates from 1937.

Any info / references appreciated.
