That would be a question for the editors of the Chip Rack. Maybe because they aren't uncirculated on the table. Maybe beause there is no 50¢ in play. Maybe beause you can't get all 3 with the same number. There were a number of chips issued without serial numbers. Are you sure the 2 denominations in play have serial numbers? All my numbers match.
