There were 1000 minted of the set called "Longhorn Days". It is a serialized set consisting of 50¢, $5 and $25 chips. They were released in Sept. 1995 with the date on the chip. 10th edition of the Chip Rack values these as follows:

50¢ chip is $10 to $14
$5 chip is $15 to $19
$25 chip is $50 to $59
