a red 5 as yours is shown and a blue 5. Each had been drilled on top with an post for earrings. I still have the five but traded the blue to Allan Myers and I believe he has since sold it to another dealer. Since there is a blue my guess would be that they were a casino set and I would think much older that 100 years.
