You almost have it. You left out part of the URL.

The URL you should paste into your post is:

http://www.chipguide.com/chimage.php?image=/img046.jpg

What you pasted is:

http://chipguide.com/tcbuploads/chimage-php?image=/img046.jpg

Easiest way to get the URL right is to CNTL-C it from the upload page.
