Kregg's Guide to the records of The United States Playing Card Co. about Crest & Seal, Gaming chips & Checks is only an illustrated catalog of what Howard Herz was able to photograph through the USPC Co. and their museum. As stated in their Guide "In examining the records, I found that they may not be a complete and total history of the USPC production as it appeared that some books might be missing." In my option there are many chips that were made by USPC Co. that will never be listed. Over the many years of producing chips some of the records were mislaid, destroyed or tossed out.

As of today, in my option I feel that the chips you have posted were made by the USPC Co. but not in the Herz guide.
