I recently acquired two $1 small key chips from the Ta-Neva-Ho in Crystal Bay. They're a Z1 ($800+) value in the Chip Rack. James' book has them at 250/375/500.

I've scanned both sides of both chips. Both stand on their side easily, and the hot stamps, though a little weak, are very readable.
