At first blush I was afraid to click on the link provided by Dick, and I did go to snopes separately. At snopes I searched for this URL and sure enough I found a topic that discussed viruses in SPAM Post Card and Greeting Card emails.

So, clicking the link provided by Dick simply goes to snopes and explains the threat.
