i had rented a handicap cart from bell captain and visited the convention later i decided to try my hand at LET IT RIDE so i parked the cart in what i figured was a safe spot and was ambling toward the tables when a security guard says you can not park here. so i asked where i could park it and he said i do not care where you park but not here i assumed the casino floor. So i got on the cart went to the bell desk and turned the cart in and the bell captain walked me down the elevator and to my car and apologized for the security guard.
