Most likely, the chip is a commemorative souvenir since it doesnt (?) show the name of the local casino/card rooms, and theyre over in Deadwood anyway. One thing that could make it more sought after is that it shows that it is from the 50th anniversary Sturgis rally...dont worry about the math in the years it shows... they didnt have it for two years during world war two, making it the 50th year they held the worlds' biggest bike rally. Buffalo chip campground is the most well known camping area, hosting biker games and concerts.
