Your $5 coupon a standing offer to any and all new applicants, or only when sign-ups are through you? If open to all, is there linkage to send out the coupon, i.e., how do they know about the offer and how do they take you up on it?

While I know that you are happy to send out your free supplies catalog (just for the asking) is that how the coupon also gets sent?

The point of all my questions is that several weeks agao, perhaps even a couple of months ago, I posted a message giving dealers (and Club members looking for trading partners) to send me a supply of paper items that I can randomly insert into some of the correspondence I am having with potential new members and I think the $5 coupon would be great! (But only if you would want me to do that.)
