If you list a $1.00 chip on Feebay starting price at $0.99 and it sells for $0.99 the fees are $0.09 insert fee, $0.15 Final value Fee and PayPay hit you with $0.37 that ='s $0.61 and you get to keep a whole $0.38 of the $0.99 that's why shipping is high to make up for the fees.
