If you posted (snail mailed) your application last Sunday, I suspect that it was addressed to the Membership address in Las Vegas. On the preceding Saturday, the Membership duties changed hands. Your application, once reveived at the Las Vegas address will either be re-mailed to the new Membership Officer's address in CA, or the info may be communicated via email.

The point I am making is, because you applied at this transition stage it just might be a day or two longer than normal to get your new member materials out to you. But it should happen very shortly.
