a damaged chip is approximately 20% of value for a non-damaged chip. There are exceptions. Like when it is the only remaining example, or all known examples are the same way. The chip you show, which looks to be very nice (except for the hole) would be worth around $25. But with the hole, it is much less.

Perhaps others might think differently. And if they do, it will be posted. But otherwise, I think this is pretty valid information.

Good Luck, as I am very surprised that someone would send that chip when an un-damaged one was up for auction, and then replace it when a complaint is made. I hope it works out for you.
