No doubt, the 1st letter is an "L" - No doubt, the 2nd letter is an "L"
Not unusual that two different fonts were used for the same letter on one chip, on older chips.
L&L Bar gaming license was issued to 3 different people 1956-60.
Arodie mold was sold 1953-67.

I can not guarentee the attributation but it sure could be, and it is L&L.
