Does this mean you are going to give up your spot as Membership Recruitment Chair and/or as OTY Chairman? Given your e-mails before the convention, I know you had some difficutly getting the OTY award stuff out this year. I'd hate to see you take on a third time demanding role in the organization and struggle because you were over comitted.

Personally, I'd like to see you continue in your role as Membership Recruitment Chair based on your enthusiasm displayed during the Business Meeting.
