I found the green chip on the left at the Convention. I don't believe I have seen this series before and the guide books don't give enough information on the hot stamp to distinguish it from the common series like that on the right. Same design on both sides?

Have you seen it before? Could it be a roulette?

I would like other colors of this one, of course.
