I as able to get some helpful history from Ron Leis, thank you Ron.
"what you have is a gift box of 4 tiles, most likely given to players when the game was introduced. Pai Gow Tile is a big money game played in the Casino's mostly by Asian players. A full deck of Tile consists of 32 which is 16 pairs. You show the top two pair of the deck. Hilton still has this game in play, as do most AC Casino's, last time I was in there they had 4 tables. Dean Marcis, who also posts on this BB, and myself are the only original American Pai Gow Tile instructors that helped introduce this game by training dealers and players when NJ CCC approved this game in Atlantic City."
