"Are the Pop's Oasis chip scattered all over the lot or in one location (front of building, back of building)?"

They are in one location. I went with Tom Munro and we found it right away. As we walked from the area they were found in we realized pretty quickly it was one spot. On the ground were lots of ring pieces. We didn't see them when we were walking away from the area we first stopped in.
We also found a piece of carpet.
