for your major contributions to the Museum Fund. Carlos' painting is fantastic & I'm glad I got one of his signed prints!! For those who don't know, Carlos' original was auctioned off at the banquet, purchased by George Maloof (one of the owners of the Palms -- he took the bidding from the opening bid of $1,600 to $3,500 in one fell swoop!!), who then turned around and donated the painting to the Museum of Gaming History. Obviously, thanks also need to go to Gene Trimble & David Spragg for their major efforts in this whole process as well.
