Had a great time meeting old friends and making new ones. Great convention; Mike and Dawn and the volunteers did a super job.

When I checked in at the Riv they said I had four rooms for four nights! Then when I said I wanted one room for four nights the lady at the desk said that I was at fault and should have told them immediately of the mistake when I got the confirmation e-mail; I suggested that since she was not on the phone with the person who took my order and who spoke broken English that she was not in a position to tell me I was mistaken. Ultimately the matter was straightened out. I, for one, hope that we will be elsewhere in '09.

Among the good news: Campiglia & Wells' 4th Ed. soon to be shipped; and the Gaming Table and the Chip Rack will be coming out in the near future.
