I am a amateur casino chip collector, and I have come upon a Trump Castle Limited Edition Collector's Series 20 dollar silver strike. The one side has the Castle with Atlantic City New Jersey with the State Seal of PENNSYLVANIA on the opposite. Is this normal, or was it done by error. Thanks.
