Since some posters have expressd their opinions about off shore drilling... I'll simply state some facts:

China signed an agreement with Cuba to drill for oil off Cuba's coast... and even though Cuba is 90 miles away from Florida's coast, they are permitted to drill up to 45 miles off our beach. Why? Because Jimmy Carter gave half those waters to Cuba for economic purposes.
