Woke up this morning did some last minute stuff around the town house, made sure the animals had enough food, and finished packing the bags. Dad picked us up a 2pm est. Got to the airport, no wait at security, boarded no problems. Pulled back from the gate at 4:00pm est. Get out on the taxi way and we are in line for take off. Captain says 20 minutes. Then the storms hit and they shut down the airport. We sat on the taxi way for 2.5 hours before we were wheels up. We land in Atlanta at 7:45 est. 25 minutes after our fight to Vegas had departed. I go to customer service, bada bing, bada boom we are on the 9:something out of Atlanta and we land in Vegas at 11:30 vegas time. For those of you keeping track at home, that is 12.5 hours after I locked my front door. Get the bags hop on the shuttle, and get to the Riv at 12:40. Walk in and head to the SPLASHBAR meet Shoop, check in, have some food, meet Mr. Splashbar, Frank H., Brian Jimison, Steve Bedo, Cigarman, Jay Sands, and Nancy Shoop. Then i had to scratch an itch and I round up the posse and we head to the craps table. Kim(my wife) take $20 and goes to the roulette table, comeback with a little more, I go to the Craps table and leave it at 2:30am with a little more than I started. Lets Recap.....
