Hmmm... Take a look at the strange (shilly?) bidding by the third place bidder (871 feedback).

Looked a little shilly to me. That bidder's bidding info shows a couple of hundred bids in the last month with 21% going to this seller...

Took a look at some of this seller's other completed auctions for bidding histories and saw a couple like this one:
