if a person bought the dies and began making chips and tried to sell them as originals, that would seem to be clearly fraud. While a little bit harder to prove, the seller who is advocating being able to make thse chips would seem to be engaging in a significant step in the conspiracy to defraud. Then again, I just don't like the guy because of the attitude he expressed to Jim.
