If you like Las Vegas I still like the Stratosphere for the early dinner. You see the day light view and get to watch all the lights come alive in the night time. You can put a name to most buildings and were many things used to be. I like the window seats more than the booths.

Then there is the Voodoo Cafe On top of the Rio with another nice view looking back at the strip. Stakes and seafood.

The S&W Steak House at the Wynn, sitting out on the terrace watching the water fall and the 5 minute shows on the water every 20 minutes is lovely. To get there you have to go down the curved escalator surrounding the UP & DOWN UMBRELLA Bar. Cathy really likes those umbrellas.

The Eiffel Tower Restaurant with French cuisine is another impressive dinner outing.
There are just too many places to eat at the casinos and so many away from the casinos. Good luck and only you know what your wife would like.
