My wife and I will be celebrating a special occasion on Fri June 20, and would like to make it memorable. Ideas?

I realize that short notice and being a Friday night may take some more popular ones out. Have been to Picassos (Bellagio) and a couple others. Think I remember a post about a steak house downtown (Binions?).

Any suggestions appreciated! If we go where you say and have a great experience, there might just be a chip coming your way!
