There are also a lot of 'foreign' buyers who don't steal from the sellers, who always play by the rules. I've had about 1000 international transactions over the last few years without any problems, so don't tag us all with the same negative reputation please.
We often have to pay over the odds for shipping (one seller is quoting me $10 to ship a key card i would like to buy !!!!).
