If anyone can identify (to my satisfaction) the original owner of the BMcL crest & seal, you'll receive a choice of any of the 3 chips/jetons below. I just checked. The BMcL is list on a major dealers site for $90. Not a bad reward.

The only information I have is that the chips were delivered to Charles M. Hancher, Wheeling, WV 1923. Hancher could be a distributor or the final buyer. In any case I want to know what BMcL stands for and the name of the club (if there is one) and city (if it's not Wheeling)
