"CC" is "Convention Center"
In Response To: Just a Guess, but CRAPS ()

"La Concha was taken over by Hyatt in the 1970's who retained the La Concha name. La Concha opened in 1958 and closed in 1986. Both the hotel and the convention center are scheduled for demolition. Hyatt managed the caasino in the nearby convention center that opened in 1976 and closed in 1977."
