I rediscovered this in my foreign coin collection and I want to be certain of it's orgin before I label it. I can not find it in my World Coin books or an exact match on eBay. I did find a couple 5 Frank auctions with same designs on Belgian eBay, but their descriptions are too short and in Dutch or Flemish and do not give origins.
