I said: "...however Club members will also be able to access the Club-members only activities on those 3 days."

Belinda Hixon, Secretary, when asked for a clarification, advised:

"When someone buys a pass, they are eligible to participate in all functions taking place on that day with the exeception of poker/bj tournaments. They can attend the Educational seminars, the Business meeting -although I have no idea why they would and yes, they can also attend and bid on items in the Auction.

The auction, it is private, limited to the membership. However, having purchased a one day pass they are members for the day and can bid on items. They have to get a special number and the items must be paid for before the auction ends. Alex might remember more about this than I do (how we handled numbers) but I do remember it being an issue last year. I can't remember if any of them bid but they were there."
