Rich the chip arrived today and the chip is outstanding. It is now the Crown Jewel of my Reno collection. I discussed purchasing this chip from Rich for a couple of weeks and he finally agreed to sell me the chip in installments. I sent him my first installment payment and lo and behold the chip showed up in the mail. Talk about trust on an expensive chip.
