To my knowledge it has been 42 or 43 since before BJ was bought by GPI. The design has changed fractionally on them since that time. I doubt that those low numbers ever existed in that deisgn. Manufacturers have a habit of deleting umbers and adding new ones at the end rather than replacing them. Ive handled a fair number of those sets and similar ones.
