I have no direct or documented evidence for the ID on this chip. Since I also have a few of these chips, I copied the ID information from a previous posting on this site.

Several months ago (?), someone else was seeking information on this chip. I don't remember who answered the posting, but they seemed to be sure of their source. I hope they respond to these postings.
