As you all know there will be an incentive package offered to CC>CC Riviera guests this year. Most of you have responded to our requests and provided information.

HOWEVER- we do not have complete information from a lot of you, and in order to implement the incentive plan properly, please email the information below to Dawn's email address satterdawn@yahoo.com with "RIV" in the subject line.

Please email Dawn even if you have already done so!!!!! We don't want anyone excluded from the incentive package program because of incomplete information in our database.
