Last year at the convention Howard Hertz saw this token and confirm this was an example of the $1 token. Not a no-value but a sample token from the mint taken to the casino owner for approval. Back in 1965 casino owners were made samples of their tokens sometimes in different metals that they could look at before ordering. As far as I know there was never an order placed for these tokens so there would not have been a redeption notice.
