My mother purchased these at a garage sale while visiting me in Reno, NV. U. BURNIMUS PLENTUM this is printed on the fake coin along with the picture of Lady Liberty just like the one stamped on the real Liberty Gold Dollar. The fake coin has Fifty stamped under Lady Liberty. It is 6 inches tall and 3/4" thick. It is made out of a material like saw dust that is ground up really fine. Maybe what is called composition? No clue--yet. Both sides are identical. It is gilded. We were thinking they may have been used in a Casino as a promotional game or ?
